Gloria Franco

Founder

My name is Gloria, and I have been an educator since the age of 18. Teaching is not just my profession, it is my vocation and my deepest passion. From a young age, I always dreamed of becoming a teacher, and when the opportunity came, I pursued that dream at the University of El Salvador, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education.

From the moment I graduated, I stepped into the marvelous world of education and never looked back. Every day in the classroom brought a new experience, and I quickly learned that every child carries their own unique feelings, personality, and way of seeing the world, and that working with them was truly my calling.

Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of teaching at multiple levels, from preschool to high school. Now I focus my heart and energy on infants through 6-year-olds, the stage I believe matters most. I have dedicated my life to creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where every child can grow with confidence, develop their abilities, and build their self-esteem. I firmly believe that early childhood is the foundation of everything that comes after.

My approach to education blends discipline with warmth, structure with creativity, and learning with joy. I make it a priority to maintain close communication with parents, because I see education as a team effort between family and teacher. Being part of each child's growth is a privilege I cherish deeply, and my greatest reward is watching them advance, learn, and smile.
